Event Policies
For the safety and benefit of everyone attending the Stump Dodger Bash Country Music Festival, please honor these policies. Anyone found in violation of these policies will be removed from the grounds. This is a family event and we want everyone to have a great time. • Carry-ins are allowed at the Stump Dodger Bash. There is a $10 fee for coolers carried in and the proceeds go to the Wheel of Todd Foundation. There will be a beverage stand on site.
• Children under 16 years old are admitted free with a paid adult.
• Parking is Free.
• Please bring a lawn chair, as this event is Festival seating.
• Pets are allowed in the camping area only and must be leashed at all times.
• There will be no drugs, underage drinking, or indecent exposure allowed anywhere at the Kickapoo Stump Dodger Campground, or in the overflow; anyone caught will be subject to any fines pertaining to their case and will be removed from the KSD property with no refund.
• Foul language, unruliness, vulgar and/or offensive behavior, etc. will not be tolerated. Violators will be subject to removal from KSD property with no refund.
• All persons involved in physical confrontation with another party will be immediately ejected and wristbands will be removed with no refund.
• Motorized golf carts, 3 or 4 wheelers, scooters, mopeds, and/or gators may be used for transportation to or from the seating area or in the camping areas. KSD Campground will not be held accountable for any accidents or damage caused by our patrons’ use of motorized units.
• The Stump Dodger Bash assumes no liability for personal loss, injury, death, property damage, or other related harm suffered by participants, spectators and/or others.
• These rules were made by our KSD Team. Our security is there to enforce them. Please honor them and have a great time at the Kickapoo Stump Dodger Bash.
